We are looking for a motivated and sales-oriented Inside Sales person with experience in the IT or Cloud industry who can handle negotiations independently and actively contribute to the company’s growth in the Italian territory.
- Managing inbound and outbound leads
- Presentation and sale of cloud services (Microsoft 365, hosting, PEC, backup, security, etc.).
- Customer portfolio development and management
- Drafting of commercial offers and follow-up
- Collaboration with the technical department for negotiation support
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales (preferably IT or cloud services)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer and goal orientation
- Good knowledge of cloud technologies and Microsoft solutions
- Autonomy in negotiation management
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) appreciated.
IT Manager
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Vat.
We are looking for an IT Manager with strong operational orientation, able to independently manage the entire corporate IT infrastructure and ensure continuity, security and evolution of information systems.
- Daily management and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems, devices, and software).
- Monitoring of systems performance and timely intervention in case of anomalies or critical issues.
- Migration of systems for technology upgrade.
- Customer service helpdesk supervisor.
- Optimization of internal UCMP management systems.
Systems and Infrastructure Area
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Client/Server and good knowledge of Linux.
- Networking: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, router, switch.
- Data center management, storage, backup, disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of key information security practices and tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages: PHP.
- Ability to operate on front-end and back-end.
- Web area skills.
