Buoyed by the successful closing of the FY21 financial year in growth, today we announce an increase in share capital to €500,000 fully paid up. As early as the end of 2021 we broke the news of the increase to €300,000, you can read the news here.
Further capitalization that will give more support to growth and in particular enable us to activate a policy of acquisitions (M&A) to get to handle volumes that allow us to obtain the benefits of economy of scale and greater strength to our vendor partners.
All this translates into benefits for our clients.
The ultimate goal will be gradual growth and a subsequent IPO.
